- Conservation techniques are engaged
- Documents are edited and printed in accordance with organisation and task requirements
- Documents are named and stored in accordance with organisation requirements and the application exited without information loss/damage
- Documents are prepared within designated timelines and organisation requirements for speed and accuracy
